Job Description:
We are seeking a person who will actively support the team with their expertise and collaborate on optimizing financial processes. This position is crucial for the further development of the company's accounting structures and offers a real impact on financial operations in the region. If you enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge, this role provides many opportunities to work with an ambitious team and contribute to the growth of accounting processes in the company.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring compliance of financial records with legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Participating in overseeing the financial ledgers of subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • Implementing new entities into the group regarding the organization of accounting processes, including system settings.
  • Coordinating settlements with foreign partners, including VAT reporting, mandatory reports, and local financial statements.
  • Assisting in the implementation and modification of Microsoft BC365 accounting systems in line with group procedures.
  • Coordinating month-end and year-end closings, as well as preparing financial reports for the group.
  • Monitoring tax law changes and ensuring their implementation in the company.
  • Collaborating with the finance department, auditors, and other departments to ensure smooth accounting processes.
  • Preparing reports for tax authorities and other public institutions.
  • Supporting internal projects aimed at optimizing accounting processes.
  • Assisting in optimizing accounting processes and implementing transfer pricing policies in accordance with group policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an independent role within an accounting department.
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BC365 is a plus.
  • Fluent Polish and communicative level of English, sufficient for smooth email communication.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and accurate.
  • Knowledge of VAT regulations, particularly in the context of international transactions.
