EHS (Safety) Manager

We are looking for a passionate EHS professional to lead Environment, Health & Safety initiatives at a manufacturing site that is part of a global organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing, implementing, and monitoring safety and environmental compliance standards.
Promoting and strengthening a strong EHS culture among employees and leadership.
Analyzing incidents and accidents, leading RCA processes, and implementing preventive actions.
Coordinating collaboration with central EHS structures and other departments.
Introducing new EHS policies, standards, and procedures.

Ideal candidate profile:

3–8 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Higher education and relevant EHS certifications/qualifications.
Solid knowledge of safety management systems, risk assessments (HIRA), behavioral-based safety (BBS), and environmental standards.
Strong command of English – ability to work effectively in an international setting.
High level of autonomy, strong interpersonal influence, and commitment to results.
