Scope of Responsibilities:

End-to-end project management – from planning to execution
Coordination of project and construction teams, overseeing their activities

Supervision of the schedule, budget, and quality of project execution
Risk identification and implementation of preventive measures
Ensuring project compliance with regulations and technical standards
Collaboration with other Project Managers to coordinate team efforts

Requirements:

Higher education in civil engineering, sanitary or electrical installations, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
Knowledge of construction regulations and technical standards
Fluency in English
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational and communication skills
