Quality Manager
Location: Greater Poland Voivodeship

Our client’s factory is a modern Greenfield project (construction materials industry) – you have a unique opportunity to participate in its development from the very beginning and have a real impact on building quality processes and production standards.
We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our client’s team. This person will be responsible for managing the quality of production processes and overseeing control procedures. The role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality standards and compliance with ISO norms.

Responsibilities:

Quality control of products, semi-finished products, and chemical additives, as well as oversight of production methods and specifications.
Managing quality control documentation and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Supervising and managing the quality department team, ensuring employee development.
Ensuring the confidentiality of ingredients and production methods.
Overseeing laboratory equipment, its maintenance, and proper use.
Managing chemical additives – control, storage, and handling.
Optimizing the department's budget and effectively managing resources.
Handling complaints, implementing corrective actions, and building customer relationships.
Supervising R&D processes related to dry and wet compounds and continuously improving product quality.
Preparing and conducting ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001).
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high work standards within the team.

Requirements:

Higher education in quality, materials, technology, or chemistry.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of dry compound and chemical additive production technologies.
Familiarity with quality management systems and complaint handling processes.
Knowledge of laboratory equipment and analytical methods.
Very good command of English.
