Scope of duties

Warehouse Manager
Location: Poznań area

For our international client – a company in the building materials manufacturing industry – we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination and supervision of all warehouse operations
  • Planning and control of shipments to customers
  • Ongoing cooperation with planning, maintenance, quality, logistics, and procurement departments
  • Optimization of storage costs and operational efficiency
  • Participation in audits, inventories, data analysis, and improvement planning
  • Cooperation with external suppliers and internal clients
  • Supervision of compliance with health & safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality procedures
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position in logistics/warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment
  • Higher education (or secondary education with solid practical experience)
  • Practical knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) and MS Office
  • English language skills enabling effective communication
  • Strong analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and proactive attitude toward process improvements
  • Willingness to work on-site and flexibility for occasional travel
